The NFL team with the most 'spirit':

New and improved: "From the team’s inception, a long-standing tradition of hazing would took place in the Redskins locker room in which rookies would be held down by their teammates and injected with the blood of a purebred Native American. The tradition was meant to symbolize commitment to the team and was said to give Redskin players “third-eye sight”, however this practice was banned by team administrators in the early 1990’s when then team-MVP, John Madden, was infected with AIDS. While the practice is said to still take place behind closed doors, most team members have reverted to injecting themselves with fluids that are less risky, such as steroids and heroin. The lack of the “eagle spirit” in current team members has been cited as a possible reason for the decline in Redskin playing ability and lackluster performance in recent years."
